Shahril Khuzairi Bin Abdullah is our Independent Non-Executive Chairman, with a background in computer science and extensive experience in defence, ICT, and transportation systems. He began his career with the Ministry of Defence of Malaysia, where he handled military communication systems, technical specifications, project implementation, and ICT and telecommunications management. He later worked at Projek Usahasama Transit Ringan Automatik Sdn Bhd, overseeing automatic train control operations and IT systems for the LRT. He went on to serve as General Manager at Tool Consult Press Sdn Bhd, co-founded Secure Channel Sdn Bhd, and established Kommit Resources Sdn Bhd, contributing to various IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects, before serving as a director of ATSB and eventually being appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman in 2026.

Lian Wah Seng is our Promoter, substantial shareholder, Executive Director and Managing Director, responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business direction of the Group. He began his career in audit and research at Arthur Andersen & Co (now Ernst & Young), OSK Securities Berhad, and OCBC Securities Research Sdn Bhd, before serving as Chief Operating Officer at DDSB (M) Sdn Bhd overseeing operations and project delivery. He later founded GBTEK, focusing on IT development support services, and has been involved in subsidiaries developing intelligent railway and technology solutions. He was re-designated as Executive Director and Managing Director on 16 January 2026, where he continues to lead the Group's operations and strategic direction.

Panjetty Kumaradevan Senthil Kumar is our Promoter, substantial shareholder, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, GIS Group, responsible for managing GIS operations and overseeing GIS contract delivery for the Group. He began his career as a senior consultant at Red Planet Consulting Inc., developing GIS applications and software, later becoming Manager overseeing contracts, business development, and client management in the USA. He helped set up and managed Red Planet Consulting Private Limited for North America projects and worked as a developer focusing on open-source GIS systems, while also serving as director in several technology companies. He was appointed Executive Director in 2019, re-designated as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, GIS Group in 2024, and continues to lead the Group's GIS solutions operations and sales.

Phong Hon Wai is our Independent Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in auditing, accounting, and tax consultancy. He began his career in audit firms, serving as Audit Assistant, Audit Executive, and Audit Branch Manager, where he handled various auditing and accounting tasks. He later founded multiple firms including H.W. Phong & Associates, HP Tax Services Sdn Bhd, Messrs MW, and HWTP Tax Sdn Bhd, providing audit and tax consultancy services to companies. He also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of CSC Steel Holdings Berhad, where he holds key roles including Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.

Lim Li Shiang is our Independent Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and corporate advisory. She began her career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she performed audit and internal control testing, before moving into consultancy and corporate roles involving business planning, financial modelling, project management, and performance reporting. She also served as a Senior Equities Analyst, analysing company and market data, and currently works as a Manager at LS Image Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, where she handles annual reports, corporate governance compliance, board matters, and corporate exercises, and previously served as Joint Company Secretary of a public listed company.

Teoh Joo Shin is our Independent Non-Executive Director with experience in consulting, corporate advisory, and business development. She began her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), providing advisory services to financial institutions in systems design, implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and budgeting. She later founded and co-founded businesses in floral design, web design, and event services, and also worked part-time in accounts handling bookkeeping and financial records. She further worked as a consultant preparing sustainability reports and corporate strategies, and later served in business development, focusing on partnerships, project tenders, and company growth, along with professional training certifications.
